- Job Details
- RN Critical Care position at Portage Medical Center, University Hospitals, Ravenna, Ohio.
- Travel position with a contract length of 13 weeks.
  - Job Requirements
  - BLS certification required for clinical positions.
  - ACLS certification required for clinical positions.
  - Valid Ohio RN license required, with verification needed within 30 days of start.
  - NIHSS certification required for stroke care.
    - Additional Details
    - Proof of COVID-19 vaccination preferred but not required.
    - MMR vaccination proof required within the last 15 years.
    - Fit Test required prior to start.
    - Hepatitis B vaccination proof required.
    - Annual TB Questionnaire required.
