About the Company:Our client, a Cleveland, Ohio-based real estate developer seeks a staff addition for a COO to help them manage their expanding multi-family property portfolio. Only local, Cleveland-area candidates or those willing to relocate to Cleveland will be considered. About the Role:Qualified candidates should have 10+ years of experience in property management, substantial experience in the multifamily rental business, and experience managing a growing portfolio through property acquisitions and integrations. This is a hands on sr. management role with a mid sized property management firm in a growth phase.
