Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Program Manager to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our HTM team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and sustainment of a complex cybersecurity program aligned with our enterprise strategy.Key Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder engagement with IT, Security, Clinical Executives, Quality, and Internal Audit teams
• Develop and report on program metrics and KPIs
• Collaborate with the Director of Cybersecurity to ensure alignment and escalate risks or blockers as needed
• Design and manage technology solutions for multiple hospitals, incorporating clinical, operational, and technical requirements
• Apply systems engineering principles to solve problems and protect the organization from risksRequirements
  • 3+ years of management experience
  • 5+ years of functional experience in cybersecurity or a related field
