A company is looking for a VP, Strategic Alliances for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

Building and executing consultant relations strategy to drive awareness in the employer and Health Plan healthcare benefit space
Leading and developing a team of 10 Strategic Alliances directors and senior managers
Driving pipeline growth through partnership building with benefits consulting firms

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of leadership experience
Experience leading benefit consulting teams focused on large employers
Strong credibility across top national benefit consulting firms
Authentic passion for eliminating barriers to mental healthcare
Proven ability to build effective internal and external relationships
