Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Business-to-Business Collections Agent to work in a growing Robinson Township office.

The Collections Agent is responsible for contacting clients and customers whose accounts are past due and will try to solicit a payment over the phone or address any invoices issues that may have occurred.

Job Responsibilities:

?Combination of outbound/inbound calls

?Review and analyze 30, 60, and 90-day delinquent accounts

?Contact customers and attempt to secure payment or establish a payment plan by clearly communicating the status of the account

?Analyze accounts and work with customers to resolve billing issues or any other matters that may prevent payment of accounts by working with other departments and branch offices

?Abide by all federal collection laws and guidelines

?Document all account activity in a clear and concise manner within customer accounts ?Review customer history and where appropriate, waive late charges

Minimum Qualifications:

?Familiar with federal collection laws

?Excellent communication and phone skills necessary

?Good problem solver

?Computer skills and accurate typing (Microsoft Office)

?Strong negotiator

?2 years of Business to Business or Consumer Collections experience

?Accounting, banking or math background helpful

?Positive, ?can do" attitude ?Independent thinker and motivated self-starter ?Dependable

?Strong organization skills and attention to details
